The Virtual Program:
An online program that brings your far-flung management team together in a dynamic learning environment. It blends webinars, eLearning modules, strategic use of the DECIDE simulation platform, team and individual case analysis, and online feedback. It replaces passive learning with effective eLearning based on the Thiagi 4-Door™ learning platform, which includes a Library, Cafe, Playground & Assessment Center. The virtual program is designed to enhance participants’ business skills while avoiding travel expenses and opportunity costs associated with team members being away from work. What sets this program apart is the depth and vitality of the learning experience. Multi-media resources allow the introduction of more content than is typically covered in conventional workshops. Participants can review and master content before using it, providing a richer and deeper learning experience. At the same time, participants benefit from real-time sessions with team members and facilitators.
The program requires about 24 to 30 hours of individual and team work over approximately 4 weeks. It is designed for high potential and mid-level managers with diverse backgrounds (i.e. engineering, R&D, sales, human resources, marketing, and finance) as well as individual contributors who need to improve business skills and cross-functional awareness. Two 45-minute webinars: An introductory session pulls participants together, introduces the teams, and walks members through the simulation support system. A concluding session involves client senior management and summarizes and debriefs learning.

The Blended Program:
Designed for motivated upper-level managers and experienced and high-potential independent contributors, this challenging program includes an intensive 2-day on-site program as well as 4 hours of individual online pre work and 4 hours of online post work. It furthers upper-level managers’ cross-functional and strategic development.
