CCC: Collaborative Crossword Creation


WHAT IS THIS?

CCC stands for an email game, Collaborative Crossword Creation.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS GAME?

During the first round, you send a set of a words (technical jargon, for example) related to a specific topic, along with crossword-puzzle clues. We will create a crossword puzzle out of everyone's entries and put it on a web site for you to print out and solve. During the second round, you send us the solution before the deadline date. We will select one entry to win a prize.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

You help create a puzzle. You learn more about the topic area. You learn more about the use of crossword puzzles for pre-testing, training, reviewing, and post-testing. You solve a puzzle. You have a crossword puzzle that you can incorporate in your publications. You learn an email game procedure that you can use with your own topics. You have fun. You may win a prize.

WHAT'S THE PRIZE?

The lucky (and smart) winner gets a $50 gift certificate that can be used to purchase any games or books from Workshops by Thiagi, Inc.
