THANK YOU for participating in the first phase of COACHING-101 E-Mail Game. Our goal was to 101 coaching tips before October 17, 1999. We have collected 107 valuable tips in one-fourth the anticipated time. Thank you for your contribution.

COME PLAY WITH US! We are now beginning the second phase: selecting the "People's Choice" for the Top Five tips. You can join the game now even if you did not participate in the first phase.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Five things:

*You learn practical tips to improve your coaching skills.

*You can adapt this e-mail game for your own use.

*You share some practical tips with an eager audience.

*You achieve fame: You get points and, if you are one of the five top scorers, get your name placed in the Hall of Fame.

HOW TO PLAY. You can participate in the second phase of Coaching 101 right now. Please help us determine the five most useful tips in our Current List of Tips.

This is how you do it:

*Please visit the website page and review the 107 coaching tips.

*Send us an e-mail note (to thiagi@thiagi.com ) identifying the five tips that you personally believe to be the most useful ones.

*You don't have to arrange your votes in any order.

*You don't have to retype the tips. Just give us the identification number in front of each chosen tip.

*If you'd like, add a comment at the end of your e-mail note explaining why you chose those five ideas tips passed up the others.

SEND YOUR VOTES in an e-mail note directly to us at thiagi@thiagi.com . Please identify the subject as "Coaching-101 Tips: Top Five".
