What games does this booklet include?

THE MOST . . . is a lecture game that combines the efficiency and control of a lecture with the interactivity and playfulness of games. It is an effective introduction to the creativity process.
GOALS, FACTS, AND IDEAS capitalizes on the way your brain functions during a creative frenzy, hopping from one stream of thoughts to another. The players produce a large number of high-quality ideas.
CREATIVE CARDS begins with anonymous suggestions from individuals and ends with joint decisions from teams. It can be used for different purposes such as selecting problems, pinpointing root causes, and defining goals.
CREATIVE ENVELOPES encourages teams to produce different ideas on the same topic and to evaluate them. It can be used to generate different items such as useful questions, practical ideas, appropriate metaphors, and improved suggestions.
CREATIVE DIVERSITY encourages the use of alternative techniques by reorganizing homogeneous teams into diverse teams. It can be used for different purposes, such as converging toward a common goal, approaching the same outcome from different roles, and creating a single action plan from multiple inputs.

What are the requirements for playing the games?

Number of players. Any number can play these games, ranging from solitaire play with individuals to team play with large groups.

Time. Most of these games can be played in 30 minutes to 1 hour. Suggestions for speeding up or slowing down each game are also provided.

Supplies. You will have no difficulty finding play materials such as index cards, envelopes, paper, and pencils. Flip charts will be useful, but are not absolutely necessary.
